4. Shipping and Return Costs

Shipping Charges: Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. CraftSource Market’s Role
As a marketplace platform, CraftSource Market facilitates the connection between customers and craft brands. We are not responsible for the fulfilment of orders or the handling of returns. However, we are happy to assist with mediating communication between customers and brands if necessary.
