Promotion Policy

This Promotion Policy outlines the guidelines, terms, and conditions governing the use and application of all promotional offers, discount codes, gift vouchers, and sales events offered by CraftSource Market (the "Promoter"). By participating in or attempting to redeem any promotion, you agree to be bound by this policy and the specific terms of the individual offer.

Black Friday Tiered Gift Voucher Promotion Terms & Conditions

Promoter: CraftSource Market (the "Promoter").

1. Eligibility and Tiered Spend Structure

The promotion is valid only for purchases made online at www.craftsourcemarket.com between 18/11/2025 at 00:01 GMT and 01/12/2025 at 23:59 GMT (the "Promotional Period").

To qualify, a single transaction minimum spend must be met after any discounts or refunds are applied (excluding delivery charges). The qualifying tiers for the Gift Voucher are:

  • £30.00 - £49.99 a £10.00 Voucher will be issued
  • £50.00 - £149.99 a £20.00 Voucher will be issued
  • £150.00 or more a £50.00 Voucher will be issued

The Voucher received will correspond to the highest qualifying tier reached in the single transaction.

2. The Gift Voucher

  • Qualifying customers will receive either a £10, £20, or £50 Gift Voucher (the "Voucher") corresponding to their qualifying spend tier.
  • The Voucher will be issued via email within 7 days of purchase.
  • The Voucher can be redeemed against future purchases of any product/service available at CraftSource Market, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Voucher Redemption

  • The Voucher is valid from the Date Voucher is Issued and will expire on February 28, 2026, at 23:59 GMT.
  • Only one Voucher can be redeemed per transaction.
  • The Voucher cannot be used to purchase a further gift voucher.
  • No cash alternative is available, and the Voucher is non-transferable.
  • The Voucher is redeemed when the unique code is entered at checkout for online use.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • If an item purchased to qualify for the Voucher is returned for a refund, and the remaining transaction total falls below the minimum spend threshold of the tier for which the Voucher was issued, the Gift Voucher must also be returned.
  • If the Voucher is not returned, the full value of the Voucher issued will be deducted from the refund amount.Example: If a £50 Voucher was issued, but the return reduces the spend to £45 (below the £50 threshold), the £50 Voucher must be returned.
  • If the Voucher has already been redeemed, the Voucher value will be deducted from the monetary refund given for the returned goods.
  • Vouchers cannot be re-issued for returned or exchanged goods.

5. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or discontinue the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
