Welcome to CraftSource Market! As a marketplace platform, we facilitate the connection between customers and independent craft brands. While we provide the platform for purchasing unique craft products, CraftSource Market does not handle the shipping or fulfilment of orders. Each craft brand is responsible for their own product shipment.

By purchasing from CraftSource Market, you agree to the following shipping terms:


1. Shipping Responsibility

  • Sellers (Craft Brands): As a Seller on CraftSource Market, you are responsible for shipping your products directly to the customer. You will handle all aspects of shipping, including packaging, labelling, and tracking.

  • Buyers: When purchasing a product, please review the individual Seller’s shipping policies for shipping timelines, costs, and methods.


2. Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: Each Seller sets their own processing time for shipping. Please check the individual product listing to see the Seller’s estimated processing time (usually 1–5 business days). Processing time refers to the time it takes the Seller to prepare the order for shipment.

  • Delivery Time: After the item has shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen by the Seller. Estimated delivery time is provided at checkout and may vary based on the destination, shipping carrier, and the Seller's location.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are determined by each individual Seller based on the size, weight, and destination of the product. These fees will be clearly outlined at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: Some Sellers may offer free shipping, which will be indicated on the product page or at checkout.


4. Shipping Methods

Each Seller is free to choose the shipping carrier and method they use. Common carriers include:

  • Postal/ Courier services (e.g., Royal Mail, EVRI, DPD

Please review the product details for the available shipping methods. Once the order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if available) to monitor your shipment’s progress.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, the Seller will provide you with a tracking number (if applicable). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment via the carrier's website.

  • If your tracking number is not available or if there are any issues with tracking, please contact the Seller directly.


6. Shipping Delays

While CraftSource Market works with trusted craft brands to ensure timely shipping, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing (for international shipments)

  • High demand during holidays or sales periods

In case of a delay, please contact the Seller directly to inquire about the status of your order.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information when placing an order. If the address you provided is incorrect or incomplete, the Seller may not be able to fulfil your order, or the package may be delayed or returned.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact the Seller as soon as possible to update the information.


8. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Lost Items: If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact the Seller directly to inquire about the status. Sellers are responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of your order but should work with the carrier to resolve any shipping issues.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to the Seller immediately with photos of the damaged goods. The Seller will assess the situation and may offer a replacement, refund, or partial refund in accordance with their return and refund policies.


10. Changes to the Shipping Policy

CraftSource Market reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. All changes will be posted on this page, and the revised policy will take effect immediately upon posting. Buyers and Sellers are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
