• Free UK Delivery: All UK orders ship free of charge. 
• Multiple Parcels: If you order from more than one brand, your items may arrive in separate packages. 
• Processing & Delivery Times: Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery within the UK typically takes 1–3 business days once dispatched. International delivery varies depending on the seller and destination. 
• Tracking: You will receive tracking information (where available) once your items are dispatched. 
• Support: If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, or goes missing, you can contact us at info@craftsourcemarket.com. We’ll work directly with the seller on your behalf to resolve the issue quickly.
