Welcome to CraftSource Market! We are an online marketplace where independent craft brands sell their unique, high-quality products. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our site.
1. Our Role
CraftSource Market ("we," "us," or "our") provides an online platform to connect customers ("Buyers") with craft brands ("Sellers"). While we facilitate your transactions, we do not own, store, or ship the products ourselves. Each Seller is responsible for their own products, shipping, and customer service.
By using our site, you agree to both these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Use of the Site
Eligibility: To use our site, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your area.
Account Creation: You can browse our marketplace and make a purchase as a guest. If you choose to create an account or become a Seller, you must provide accurate and complete information.
Prohibited Uses: You may not use our site for any illegal activities, to sell counterfeit goods, or to disrupt the site's operations.
3. Buyer & Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for creating accurate product listings, fulfilling orders promptly, and ensuring their products comply with all laws.
Buyers are responsible for paying for their orders and providing accurate shipping and billing information. You should also be familiar with each Seller's specific policies before you make a purchase.
4. Payments & Fees
Payments: All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway. Buyers agree to pay the listed price for products, including any taxes and shipping fees.
Seller Fees: Sellers may be charged transaction, subscription, or other fees for using our platform. The fee structure is outlined during the registration process.
5. Shipping, Returns, & Disputes
Shipping & Fulfilment: All shipping is handled by the individual Sellers. Buyers are responsible for reviewing a Seller's shipping policies.
Returns & Refunds: Each Seller has their own return and refund policy. Buyers should refer to the individual product page for details and contact info@craftsourcemarket.com for any issues.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, we encourage direct communication between the Buyer and Seller. If a resolution cannot be reached, you can contact our support team to help mediate.
6. Intellectual Property
CraftSource Market: All content on our site, including our logo, text, and graphics, is our property and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Sellers: By listing products, Sellers grant us permission to use their product images and descriptions to promote their items on our platforms.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any issues that may arise from your use of the platform, including product defects, shipping delays, or disputes between Buyers and Sellers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages that result from your use of our services.
8. General Terms
Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms at any time. We will post any changes on this page, and the new Terms will become effective immediately. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
Governing Law: These Terms and your use of the site are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the site at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.
