CraftSource Market ("we," "us," or "our") operates an online platform where craft brands ("Sellers") can list and sell their products to customers ("Buyers"). We facilitate transactions between Sellers and Buyers, but we do not directly handle product fulfillment, shipping, returns, or customer service related to orders.

By accessing or using CraftSource Market, you agree to these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms govern your use of the Site and your relationship with CraftSource Market, whether you are a Buyer, Seller, or other user.

2. Use of the Platform

Eligibility

To use the Site, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Account Creation

  • Buyers: You may browse the marketplace and place orders without creating an account. However, you must provide accurate information if you choose to create an account or make a purchase.

  • Sellers: To list products on CraftSource Market, you must create a seller account. You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information to ensure successful product listings and transactions.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Using the platform to sell illegal or counterfeit products.

  • Interfering with the operation or security of the Site.

3. Seller Responsibilities

As a Seller on CraftSource Market, you are responsible for:

  • Product Listings: Creating accurate, honest, and complete product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.

  • Order Fulfillment: Ensuring that all orders are shipped promptly and in accordance with the shipping times and policies outlined in your product listings.

  • Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries, returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with your store’s policies and in compliance with applicable laws.

  • Compliance: Ensuring your products comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to product safety and intellectual property.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

As a Buyer on CraftSource Market, you are responsible for:

  • Payment: Paying for any products you order through the Site in full and on time.

  • Accuracy: Providing accurate information when placing an order, including shipping and billing details.

  • Understanding Seller Policies: Familiarizing yourself with and adhering to the return, refund, and shipping policies of the individual craft brands you purchase from.

5. Marketplace Fees and Payments

Seller Fees

Sellers may be subject to fees for using the platform, which may include transaction fees, subscription fees, and other charges. The exact fee structure will be communicated during the registration process.

Payments

  • Buyers: All payments for products are processed through the platform’s secure payment gateway. Buyers agree to pay the listed price for any purchased product, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

  • Sellers: Sellers are responsible for managing their own payment systems for receiving payments from customers. CraftSource Market will transfer funds to the Seller based on the terms agreed upon during registration.

6. Shipping and Fulfillment

As a marketplace platform, CraftSource Market does not handle shipping or fulfillment. All shipping responsibilities are transferred to the individual Sellers. The following applies:

  • Sellers are responsible for ensuring timely and accurate shipment of all products.

  • Buyers are responsible for reviewing the Seller’s shipping policies before purchasing to ensure they agree with the shipping timelines and costs.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Since CraftSource Market is a marketplace platform, each Seller is responsible for their own return, refund, and exchange policies. Buyers should review the individual product pages and Seller policies for specific details. The general process is as follows:

  • Buyers: If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the process outlined by the individual Seller.

  • Sellers: Sellers are responsible for processing returns, issuing refunds, and handling exchanges according to their own policies and local laws.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between Buyers and Sellers, CraftSource Market encourages open communication and resolution between both parties. If the issue cannot be resolved directly, you may contact our support team for assistance in mediating the dispute.

9. Intellectual Property

  • CraftSource Market: All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by CraftSource Market or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • Sellers: By listing products on the platform, Sellers grant CraftSource Market the right to use their trademarks, product images, and descriptions in connection with the marketplace services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CraftSource Market is not responsible for any damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Product defects or damages.

  • Delays or errors in shipping.

  • Disputes between Buyers and Sellers.

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. All changes will be posted on this page, and the revised Terms will take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
