Welcome to the hobby! We highly recommend starting with our Della By Design or Trimits kits. They are designed to be beginner-friendly and include everything you need to finish a beautiful project.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your supplies. If something isn’t quite right, you can return unopened, unused items in their original packaging.
Returns are generally accepted for items that are:
Damaged or defective
Not as described in the product listing
Each brand has its own return window (e.g., 14 or 30 days). If you are not sure of the specific timeframe, please email us to confirm.
My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?
Don't worry! If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of your dispatch email, please just hit the 'Contact' button or email us, and we’ll track it down for you immediately.
Can I add to an order I've already placed?
If you've forgotten something (we've all been there!), please email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to combine them for you.
Why have I only received part of my order?
Because CraftSource Market is a curated marketplace of independent designers and brands, your items are often dispatched directly from the creators themselves. This means if you order a Parrs Freemotion Ruler and a Della By Design kit, they will arrive in separate parcels at slightly different times. Don't worry - there is no extra shipping cost to you for these multiple deliveries!
