Highland Cow Picture Felting Kit

Make a lovely felted picture from our kit that contains all tools, wools and full colour instructions.
The kit has 17 individual coloured wools to create the cow image, the canvas is pre printed with the background already in place, but the background can bed slightly altered with additional wools supplied in the kit.
Finished picture measures 27 x 17 cm.
