Rainbow Moo Felted Picture Kit

Our Rainbow Moo is an ideal starter kit for any felting enthusiast. The kit has a pre printed canvas section and 15 amazing shades of wool. Needles, felting foam block and easy to follow instructions are all included to get you started.
