The Registration Advantage

Like other sets in this line, the Registration Press Plate feature makes achieving detailed, multi-colour letterpress effects both simple and reliable. By utilising the included mylar templates, you can easily guide the layering of different colours to produce a stunning, unique design.

Using the Multi-Colour Registration Template:

• Prep: Tape the Registration Template to the Magnetic Insert on the Chase.

• Align & Ink: Line up the coordinating plate(s) to the Registration Template. Ink the plate(s).

• Press Layer: Run the Chase through the manual die-cutting machine. (Remember: One colour equals one distinct layer.)

• Repeat: Remove the first plate(s). Place the next set of plates according to the colour template, and repeat the inking and pressing steps until the grid design is fully coloured.
